Terms and Conditions.

Notice Period: Tenants are required to give a 30-day notice period before vacating their room.
Guests: Guests are not allowed inside the premises without prior permission. Unauthorised stays by guests in a room will result in a penalty.
Rent Payment: Rent is due on the joining date each month. A penalty of Rs. 25 per day will be charged for any delays exceeding three days past the due date.
Prohibited Activities: Smoking, consuming alcohol, and possessing/using any illegal substances are banned inside the premises.
Advance / Security Deposit Refund: The refund of the advance / Security Deposit is subject to the following conditions:
- Clearance of any outstanding rent dues.
- Payment of an exit fee of Rs. 500/-.
- Return of items issued to the tenant upon occupancy.
- Completion of the notice period.
- Timely payment of rent and other dues.
Cooking: Cooking is not allowed inside the premises.
